Super-Man Breakfast Smoothie
You probably read somewhere that breakfast is the most important meal of the day – you’ve probably heard this so much it’s now annoying. Let’s face the fact – it’s true. Your breakfast sets you up for the whole day – how much you eat, how well you feel, how much energy you have, how sharp your focus is, blah blah blah – all is dependent on your breakfast. Ingredients:
½-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
¼ cup of Greek Yogurt
1 cup of sliced strawberries & blueberries
1 tbsp of almond butter
½ cup of baby spinach
1 Scoop of Zammex Collagen Peptides🔥
Directions: Add ingredients into a blender and mix. You should always, always have a bag of spinach in house. It’s so easy to prepare of use in recipes and does not impact the taste much like our products. Once again, you can make some tweaks if need be. Add ice or more almond milk if it’s too thick.
