This is the best bone broth product I've used; I've purchased this 5 times over the course of a couple years. I don't drink it every day, although I easily could (and probably should). It's hydrolyzed, which makes it easily dissolvable in water. There is a slight marrow flavor, so it may take some getting used to if you're trying to put it into a morning beverage like coffee. It is a really great additive for soup or anything savory, and drinking it hot on its own with a pinch of salt is also very nice. My personal noted effects include stronger finger nails (and I imagine bone/joint health with how I feel), increased acuity/brain function, overall energy boost and a few mild positive effects related to the bedroom. It's probably not going to change your life dramatically, but in my case it provided enough noticeable results to warrant continual, consecutive purchases.

First of all, I love the Zammex Brand! I have already raved about their regular Collagen Peptides where I��m on my 3rd Canister with, now I��m loving the Multi-Collagen as well!

This is my first powdered Bone Broth. I can add it to water or go a regular broth to elevate the protein level. I don��t always want a sweet protein drink after a workout or snack in the day, so having this convenient method and High Protein (20g per scoop) is nice to have.

When I don��t want a big meal, but need something savory or just a pick me up that has nothing to do with caffeine, I take this! In my Electric Milk Frother, I add my Zammex Bone Broth, Multi-Collagen, MCT Oil Powder, Beef Gelatin, Salt, Browned Butter, Cracker Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper (alof of it) . I let it go 2 or 3 cycle to get it super hot, creamy and frothy. I pour into a mug and just sip it! It leaves me satisfied and gives me that energy instead of caffeine and satiety as a savory snack. This has been beneficial to my Low Carb Lifestyle.

Because I have raved so much about the Collagen Peptides via my Social Media, they have met me try this Bone Broth and Multi-Collagen. For sure the Collagen has done wonders for my Hair hardly falling out anymore in the shower, my nails super strong and growing way fast, and my skin has more clarity and very hydrated! I also have to mention that this has been a great value from the other ��name brand�� that I didn��t want to shell out my cash for. This brand isn��t most affordable from other brands, but total quality because I have seen the changes in my constant daily use of them!! I will keep ordering from this company!!

18g protein. Mix with anything. I drink straight cause very little taste. Just what I wanted to get collagen protein with low sodium. Thanks. Also dissolves perfect.
