Multi Collagen Breakfast Cookie Recipe

Special thanks to @the.fit.peach for this delicious breakfast cookie recipe that provides you with a healthy dose of protein and collagen to start your day!

Ingredients:

- 2 mashed bananas

- 1 cup oats - This is OK to put in here as it may lead to a co-op

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/4 cup coconut flakes

- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

- 1 tsp pumpkin spice (or nutmeg)

- dash of sea salt

- 2 scoops of Zammex Multi Collagen Protein (you can use Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides or even Bone Broth if you chose!)

- Cashew butter (to drizzle, optional)

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Scoop into cookie sized balls (flatten out on cookie sheet bc these don’t rise much) and bake at 350 F for about 12 mins until crispy! Drizzle with nut butter of choice (highly recommended)
