I absolutely love this Bone Broth. It has such a mellow Flavor nothing over powering. I love adding it to my morning coffee or even a simple recipe. Reading all the wonderful ingredients and benefits of this protein makes me so happy. This stuff is really Amazing. You Definitely need to try it.. I highly recommend it
I have been using mine in smoothies! I like it since it doesn’t change the flavor to a “chocolate” or super sugary vanilla flavor. It’s simple and good!
I’ve been eating keto for about a year and find bone broth as. A great staple in my diet. This powder doesn’t have a strong odor or taste, I find it very pleasant. This broth helps me when I’m dehydrated, or get Charlie horses due to my diet. It’s a great source for protein when I’m sick of protein drinks. I add it in soup or just warm up some water in my kettle to make a sipping broth. This powder is a better alternative than liquid broths,
With liquid broths I always worry about them going bad in my fridge before I can finish them.
I’ve been adding this to my protein shakes and I like it. I don’t like the flavor of most protein powders, and this one is pretty subtle to me. It mostly adds a powdery like taste. I’ve added it to soups and different things and it is a pretty specific taste, but one that I don’t mind.
